Relationship Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Recruit and Engage Agents: Conduct outreach to potential agents, build relationships, and communicate the unique benefits of partnering with Brookfield Insurance Partners.

• Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads and respond to inquiries to move prospects through the recruitment process.
• Support Agent Relationships: Provide new agents with onboarding support, including sharing marketing resources and training materials as needed.
• Pipeline Management: Track recruitment progress and maintain organized records of agent interactions using our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management: Previous experience in insurance is a plus, but we’re open to candidates from other industries with a proven track record in building relationships.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You’re personable, articulate, and able to engage agents through phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Organized and Self-Motivated: Able to manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM records independently within part-time hours.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn, and other tools to support outreach and lead tracking.
