We are looking for a Brokerage Manager to work with us to help build our growing brokerage.  We offer a generous compensation package offering a salary and bonus structure.

As a Brokerage Manager, your duties involve:

• Marketing Life, Disability, Long Term Care Insurance, and Annuities to Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors
• Working with Insurance Agents to help them place impaired risk opportunities
• Work with Financial Advisors and be their go to resource for all things Insurance
• You are the Broker’s Broker! Let the agent and advisor prospect and you help close the business. The agent/advisor gets paid directly from the carrier as if they are working directly with the carrier with no compensation haircut!

Our Back Office provides support to you with multi-carrier illustration and underwriting systems. 

Job Requirements:

• Strong Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care and Annuity knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions
• Attentive to detail and well organized
• Background in life insurance sales and or customer service
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team
• Securities Licensed Preferred for Variable Wholesaling and Variable Products
